How long does shipping take for custom club orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom club builds or adjustments, please allow 7-10 business days for our master technicians to assemble and calibrate your equipment to your specifications.
What is your return policy on golf equipment?
We offer a 30-day playability guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the equipment has not sustained significant damage beyond normal play.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I trade in my old clubs for store credit?
Absolutely. Through our 'Trade-In & Trade-Up' program, you can send us photos and details of your current clubs for a valuation. Once accepted, the credit can be applied immediately toward your next purchase.
