At Replay Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment and apparel must be in original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, tools, or accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
